No, Really, No Cars Go

So...the White Tiger decided it was time for a check-up without consulting me first. What a strange feeling it is to be car-less, even if only for a day or two. Suddenly I feel as though all my freedom has gone out the door. Reminders of bad times cross my mind. What is it that makes me so dependent on a car? It's not impossible to get around without one, but still, it's a part of me in some way.

In other horrendous news, the Arcade Fire's performance on SNL has been wiped from youtube, thanks to copyright laws. I missed it! Twice!

Sorry you missed the performance. It was awe inspiring. Win got pissed at his guitar strings breaking and smashed that mutha at the end of Intervention. WOOT! Oh, and the reason you are so dependent on your petroleum guzzling machine is because you live in America where it would take you 4 hours to get to work if you didn't drive.

Do tell - is the car fixed or are you carless? Not the best time of year to have to rely on a bike.

I am car-free myself these days, trying to be excited about it rather than daunted. But, I have no choice, I must ride or perish!
