WTMF?! It's 4.10am and I have a beautiful woman in my bed and I cannot sleep. I thought the rose quartz Buddha was supposed to give me good bed energy and yet...here I am typing away during the time of REM sleep. I also have a headache which doesn't help matters. So I got up to have a bowl of cereal to at least quiet my hunger.
I also learned during my web surfing time that the population of the US is going to reach 300 million this month (estimated). The census bureau states that there is approx 1 person born every 10 seconds. Jesus Christ people! Stop breeding please!
Any suggestions for better sleep? This reminds me of Fight Club when Ed Norton goes to the dr to ask if he can die from insomnia and the dr tells him to take Valarian root and get more exercise. gah! I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
Anyway, enough rambling thoughts. I'm yawning and yet, I know it's just a big tease.

A shot of bourbon will do you in real nice like. Take with 2 aleve. You will sleep the sleep of ages. WARNING: Do after the fun time with the GF. And yes I know you hate the taste of whiskey, but would you rather be awake at 4.00 am?? On second thought scratch the whiskey and pain killers, just take NyQuil.
