Shit, it's been awhile, I know. This week has been occupied by lots of work and lots of baseball.
First, let me congratulate the mf'ing White Sox! They. Could. Go. All. The. Way. I'm hoping that they play the Cards instead of the Astros, simply based on the fact that I pretty much hate Texas on principle.
I just got "Wonderfalls" on DVD. And it's fucking awesome! It's really too bad that I have to get ready for bed, b/c all I want to do is stay up watching more episodes.
The Magic Numbers: wow. They're playing the Plug/Smug on Nov. 6 and I will be there. Not even sure when our flight leaves for Hawaii the next morning, but it's a moral imperative that I go see this freaking great band. Their album might take the place of heavy rotation in my cd player over the new Metric.
Friday night was great beginning with the Fulton Pub and ending with the Kileys on Austin City Limits. They tore that shit up!
Today sucked simply b/c of the pain in the ol' abdomen. Thanks to Heem for sleep in time, chicken noodle soup and picking up a book again. Don't worry, we'll see Thumbsucker soon, mi amigo.

I've had the Magic Numbers on repeat pretty much all weekend! Mornings Eleven, Love Me Like You and Forever Lost are soooo good! I will be at the Doug Fir too! Can't wait to see them. Have you checked out their website? (themagicnumbers.net) They have three videos, so cute! Sorry to hear about your estomago. See ya soon!
Cat's Cradle is a very interesting book. I should have it back to you on Wednesday.
What's been running thru my head all day:
You're in Denial. You're in De-Nial!

Holy shit, I totally had "you're in denial" in my dream last night! Hmmm, maybe this goddamn weed sobriety has affected my sleep patterns.
kisses!
