He's dodged questions about abortion and has said that he won't let his personal beliefs get in the way of his rulings. Pardon me if I don't believe him. He's a lawyer! And Catholic! Not to mention that anyone hand-picked by Bush is going to do more harm than good, it's a guarantee.
